Vegemite toast makes me feel better whenever i feel a little down, it also great for a hangover full of vitamin B!, its a perfect snack on salada's and its good in casseroles for a little extra flavour. Today it is cheering me up a little as i am back to work today after a lovely 3 and a bit weeks off.

I prefer my vegemite spread thickly with cheese on top. How do you prefer yours? What is your comfort food?

When even though my house may be messy and i may not be dressed yet and the girls come over and they are comfortable and make themselves at home.

How was your weekend? My was as glorious as i had hoped it would be. I had a date with my couch, managed find time to spring clean, had a gorgeous lunch with Lulu at Andrew Boy Charlton pools, celebrated Tanya's actual birthday with noodles and cocktail jugs, caught up with my family, snuck in some shopping and got extremely dissapointed when Nina and Chris did not get it on.

This week i feel back to happiness, i was sitting in my little courtyard with my feet up, paper on my lap, music in the background, glass of wine next to me and i realised im back to happiness. I'm back to being happy and content with my life. The internal storm i was battling has ended and i am ready to move on and upwards with my life. I'm ready to let the past stay in the past.

1 soul mate + you + love = forever?

Okay after quite a few very simple blog posts here is some serious stuff. A huge question and one that generally generates a few disagreements.

Do YOU believe in soul mates and loving one person for the rest of you life?

I think the misconception is the idea that we're supposed to love and be with that same person and share the same bed with the same person our entire life and I just don't believe in it. I believe it can happen but I don't believe its the only way to go. Maybe have someone for 5 yrs, another person for 5 yrs and then maybe that guy for 10 yrs or another for 20… Life is long if we are lucky and I don’t feel like love is something you should not have any limitations on.

Yes, love might last forever but you don't always live with the person you'll love forever. You can love that person for the rest of your life, but you might love someone else along the way.

Inspired i wrote this on my bathroom mirror and it makes me remember i am a super duper amazing individual with loads to offer and who looks super cute. It may seem a little 'lovo' but it is one hell of a boost to my self confidence and makes me smile! Also remember love starts with loving yourself so in the words of Miss Foster love yourself sick xx

My morning's are hectic sometimes and after week's of getting on the bus and then remembering i didn't feed Sash and Sush or i forgot my carefully packed lunch again! This post it note is next to my front door it helps me remember the things i forget when I'm rushing out the door with my eyes barely open. It helps. I love it.

To the green eyed, brown haired guy standing at the bus stop outside Coles on George St at 5.30pm last night i think you got on the 504 bus? You were wearing shorts, work boots and a yellow and navy jumper.  I was the in the black coat, beige scarf and grey bag listening to my iPod. I thought we had eye contact, drink sometime?
